I went to this salon in October to get my hair straightened. For the first two months, my hair looked really nice, but after that, it started getting damaged. My hair fall also increased significantly. I was using the shampoo and conditioner they recommended for hair straightening, yet my hair still became damaged. Usually The treatment lasts max 1 year and some times more than 1 year. But my treatment didn't even last six months. While they were straightening my hair, I noticed the staff were quietly talking among themselves, which made me suspicious. I genuinely feel they did not apply enough straightening product to my hair. They didn't even apply it properly to the hair at the back of my neck. I won't be visiting this salon again, and I would also suggest that others avoid getting any hair treatments done here.
I recently visited Bollywood salon for a hair treatment, and I’m honestly so happy with the results! The staff were extremely polite, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They explained each step clearly — from the hair analysis to the product used — which gave me confidence in their service. The treatment has left my hair feeling smooth, shiny, and frizz-free, and it looks much healthier than before. The stylist (Firozbhai) really understood my hair type and recommended what suited me best. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the salon was, with proper hygiene and relaxing ambience. Overall, I’d rate my experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) — highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine care and visible results!

Highly impressed with the service at Bollywood Salon. I came in for a haircut and color, and ended up adding a hair treatment on their recommendation. I'm so glad I did! The products they use are top-notch and left my hair feeling rejuvenated. The staff is professional, the consultation was thorough, and they didn't rush the process.
