Welcome to Rizarv. By using our website and mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of services. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rizarv platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using the services.

2. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

Rizarv operates as a booking platform connecting clients with beauty service providers.

  1. Booking Convenience: Appointments are subject to the availability of the partner salon or stylist.
  2. Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointments through the customer application. To respect the time of our stylists, cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
  3. No-Shows: Repeatedly missing appointments without prior cancellation may lead to restrictions on your Rizarv account.

3. User Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile number and any verification codes used to authenticate your account. You agree to notify Rizarv immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Modifications to Service

Rizarv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including features, availability, or pricing, at any time without notice or liability.
