Honestly, best salon in Anand!! I come here twice a week for a hair wash and style and I am OBSESSED with the treatment. I would move to India for these head massages. I love it and I wish the team incredible success!!! I’m going to miss you guys so much :(
I had a great experience at this salon! I went for a haircut, and the staff was incredibly attentive. They asked about my hair condition, gave honest suggestions (like advising against bangs due to frizz), and explained everything in detail—even why blow-drying would suit me better than ironing. They also recommended a personalized haircare routine without being pushy. The ambiance was lovely, the seats were super comfortable, and the location is easy to reach. Prices were very reasonable too. I’ve never felt this seen and cared for at a salon before—highly recommended!
Exceptional service, wonderful team, and amazing results! I struggled to book appointments from the United States, as most salons didn’t respond, but Elixir went above and beyond. Not only did they reply promptly, but they were also incredibly considerate of my schedule and made every effort to accommodate my requests. During my balayage session, they offered unbiased expert advice and ensured I felt comfortable throughout. I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out!
Very poor service, I tried Manicure there 2 different person was alloted for the same service and without understanding of the product they just kept applying. They charged me for premium menicure but nor massage nor cleansing was done properly.it was horrible. After that a lady left my threading half done and went to attend another client which shows no professionalism of work and feels that your own service does not matter to them they just run away to other clients even if your service is not finished correctly. Worst experience.
