Had a wonderful experience at Lakmé Salon! A special shoutout to Preeti for doing my nails so beautifully. She was professional, attentive, and paid great attention to every detail. The final result was absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out. Thank you, Preeti, for your amazing work and making the experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Went to get hair colour done and had a bad experience. The stylist dissuaded me completely from going for the colour i originally wanted and then kept suggesting that he is recommending another shade keeping my hair texture/ quality in mind. I went for his recommendation hoping that they know best. And the colour came out way too light for my hair with uneven patches all over the crown. Made my hair look drier and even more frizzier than it originally is. The stylist did nothing but kept saying the colour will set more. Long story short it only looked worse without any styling done at home and i had to get it recoloured to a darker shade. This new place told me he probably used bleach or some lighteming agent without telling me because there is no way the crown looks so patchy and light. So the experts i trusted with the right.guidance gave me absolute horrible of an experience. Now lets come to pricing. I went their after seeing prices of the hair colour services on District app. But the price quoted to me was completely different. District shows maximum amount of 8k for global highlights and i was charged 15k for this. Plus there was additional 14k for something called toninh which had absolutely no impact on hair. They did accept the discount offer from District so i was able to get 40% off on the total. Another annoying thing was the stylist kept selling me morrocam oil kits for everything. Even when i was asking for another brand recommemdations for haircare (available at the salon which i could have boughy), he kept selling me morrocan oil kit while demeaning the other brand. Oh cherry on top was when i saw the bill i was charged for all service as per long hair. I have short to medium hair. All in all the worst experience i have had in a salon when i specifically chose keeping the Lakme brand trust in mind.
Lakme salon at Phoenix Palladium is a great salon with professional and friendly staff who go the extra mile for their clients. I have always had great service there right from being greeted by Raj, the manager and top notch hair services by Nishant, beauty services by Shraddha, Yogesh and Preeti. They all know their job and their clients' needs very well. Special mention also goes to Sadiq, Senior Hair Stylist who was quite chatty and has gone to a different branch. Kudos to Team Lakme! Had a lovely experience getting a haircut with Pranali. It was my first time getting bangs and she really got me all comfortable and let me feel confident in the haircut she gave me. I left feeling super cute and happy! I would a 100% recommend her.
